2/3 Cup of water, then add milk, so total liquid comes up to 1 1/4 cups
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt or sea salt
2 Cups white flour
1 Cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Instant breadmaker yeast
Add the milk/water mixture, the olive oil, and the salt into the breadmaker.
Add the white flour and the whole wheat flour to the breadmaker pan.
Add the yeast to the top of the ingredients in the breadmaker.
Put breadmaker on dough cycle and make your dough.
After your dough comes out of the breadmaker, roll it out and put on the ingredients for the Cinnamon Buns.
Bake on center rack for 30 minutes at 350F
